Any defective item will be replaced with an identical item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a matching replacement item in stock.
Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.
Before sending any item back to GlasseX, please contact Customer Service to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
Incorrect Item Shipped
If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you.
Change of Mind
ALL GlasseX sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective. Because of the intimate nature our products, we do not accept returns for products which have been opened.
If there is any problem with your order, You MUST contact GlasseX within 24hrs of receiving your order to start the return process.
